Ingredients
  • 1/2 small cucumber cut into large pieces
  • 1-1/2 cups 100% orange juice not from concentrate
  • A couple of large handfuls fresh spinach leaves
  • 4 stalks celery trimmed and cut into 4 pieces
  • 2 cups fresh parsley leaves, torn (a bit of stem can remain)

Green Juice Recipe
Instructions
  1. Add the cucumber, orange juice, spinach, celery and parsley to the jar of a high speed blender. Blend it on high speed until smooth, stopping the blender intermittently to scrape the sides and press the ingredients into the center if necessary. Divide it among 2 glasses (no smaller than 12 ounces) or re-sealable drinking cups. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 days.
