Apple Ginger Green Juice

  • 1/2 Small gala apple Cut into slices
  • 1/2 cup cucumber slices
  • 2 cups fresh spinach leaves lightly packed
  • 1 teaspoon chopped ginger
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Truvia
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 100% apple juice

  • 1 teaspoon chopped ginger
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Truvia
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 100% apple juice
Instructions
  1. Add apple, cucumber, spinach, ginger, lemon juice, Truvia and ice cubes to the jar of a blender with ice-crushing ability. Make sure the lid is on tight. Blend the ingredients until they are smooth, scraping down the sides of the blender with a rubber spatula as needed, about 20 seconds. Serve immediately.
  2. * I make this without any apple juice. However, if you don’t have a high-powered blender and find the mixture doesn’t blend, add as little as possible to make it blend.
