Each 3-Decadent-Disk serving (5 cups) has: 304 calories, 23 g protein, 22 g carbohydrates, 16 g fat, 4 g saturated fat, 38 mg cholesterol, 8 g ﬁber, 919 mg sodium
RED WINE VINAIGRETTE
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1-1/2 tablespoons honey mustard
1/2 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil Pinch of salt Black pepper
Whisk the vinegar, mustard, honey, and garlic in a small bowl. Slowly whisk in the olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. The dressing can be made up to 5 days in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
